I would agree with F&F, those diamond cutting blades are great for plastic of all types especially PVC pipes. I personally used a metal cutting blade in a 4 inch grinder for the metal frame which would have been better with 9 inch, and then a resipro or saber saw for the plastic, hard to control but very quick and easy.

I just used a timber power saw, cut hole in each corner with holesaw draw lines, set the power saw for about 20mm cut. Hold tip of saw on plastic, lower slowly and away you go. Clean up any rough edges by running the edge of a file along them. :headbang:

+1 for the 100mm angle grinder. Cuts easily and doesn't leave plastic bits if you use a metal blade.

I ended up using the metal cutting blade in the angle grinder for cutting through the cage and the plastic cutting blade for the angle grinder for the liner. They worked well, I was showered in sparks and then in plastic snow.
Should have taken off my wooly jumper before I started though!

5" angle grinder with a miller blade. Also covered in snow. Would not recommend to people without lots of experience, think circular saw blade spinning at 12500 rpm, without the guard that covers it automatically.
