nah... The paint is thick and very flexible.

If you guys are so paranoid, why don't you just buy new ibc's. New ones are produced to be food grade. It's whats been in them that is the issue.

If you are in Melbourne you can get new from altona for $220 each.

From scholts the manufacturer. They are in altona. Give them a call.

Is that current vlt? I got prices over here in Perth and it was about 350 +gst, and that was maybe 4-5 years back..

I called them in April. 10 Green cap ibc's delivered from altona to flemington for 220 each

Volume probably impacts price.

I think they might be about 130 for a new bottle IIRC from a local place by me. See if any refurb place by you has new bottles to fit used nasty tanks.
