*Edit - Take a look at their video on the front page... basically incorporates everything good (and commercial) from perma & aquaculture + AP. Will it ever be built, that is the question.

the images hotlink from this website so you should be able to redirect the traffic and post whatever message you like via image on their site. Kinda how you see image shacks default "this image has been deleted" image when a pic is no longer there but the link is still there. You could also ban their IP access to this site and the pics would disappear. 69.195.94.117 block them like a spammer or make a special image stating something else or redirect to goatse. I vote goatse.

I wonder if you could submit a dmca take down request to at least get the pages taken out of google because they use your images for profit and even use your website to host the images for them. Google would no longer include them in any results from searches and may drop them from listings in business if the images show up.

I am not one to get pissy about stuff like this normally but to compete direct and not even have their own pics is not right, they do not even mention this site right?

I actually already knew from years ago, so long ago that the image is not haunting me anymore. LOL

It might be funnier to redirect to a picture of a bunch of dead fish.

Went googling and found a picture of a guys leg being eaten by maggots, I'm going back to sleep now. :shifty:

the dead fish one is a good idea. Or since they say they are a ministry maybe some satanic images on the other pages from the dome site. If it where mine and someone had a little blog hot-linking them I would ask to just put the credit under it and a link at least but these guys are full on competition. If it where my site getting raped by the competitor a ddos from a botnet would have been the retaliation and possible maybe someone would redirect the entire site to a scat/beast/stomping/gerontophilia fetish site.

Well we've had a bit of a win with Casey James of "Green Society", "Organicaponics"...

He's removed the BYAP page he blatantly copied, and images...

Here's his explanation...

Quote:
From: Casey James

To: John Burgess
Subject: Re: Breach of Copyright

Greetings John,

I just checked these sites and deleted the content.. These sites were heavy outdated, I put this content up as a quick explanation of aquaponics for course that we participating in about a year ago, I'm not sure exactly what images are your copyrighted content as I pulled these images from search engine

Bullshit... he copied the entire html code and embedded links to the images...

I responded...

Quote:
However given your stated professional background on your green society exchange management page (greensociety.tv)... which alludes to content creation and “web design”, I find your explanation of having “pulled the images from search engine” (sic), to be somewhat condescending, especially as the html code had been copied directly from the BYAP site, and included all the back links.

Further, while you may well have promoted a training workshop with Max Meyers last year, your “organicaponics” website was only registered on the 27th of January this year, and last modified on the 28th.

Looking at a satellite photo of the registered address... 275 Woodland Dr.Laguna Beach, California 92651... if indeed it is your residential address, or was... I can not see any evidence of either an aquaponics setup, or even a permaculture garden...

For someone who operates “ministries" on an NGO basis... and claims to practice "spiritualism" in their lifestyle... Frankly... I question both your "aquaponics" experience... and your ethics...

He's just emailed back... with a bit of a hissy fit...

People who use that kind of stuff to take advantage of others are just not right in the head. Some people are trusting and when you toss out the spiritual god type stuff to basically rob people is just terrible.

I am an ordained minister myself and to see some religions run as scams for money and some that convince old people to leave all their wealth to a church that won't help the poor with it is sad. The big mega churches rake in fat stacks with a bunch of it paying for 3k dollar suits to the pastor and huge ornate crap plastered on the walls while some food banks run by other churches go without the ability to serve much past expired canned corn and greenbeans.
