I'm an IT contractor in a hot field...so very similar to those in the mining industry in terms of prospects...

That's why you see me logged on all the time during the day.

The tank got delivered yesterday and has about 5000 litres of water in it and stabilised sand around it.

One of the grainos commented that it was refreshing seeing a desk jockey take a breather after 2 to 3 shovels of dirt :D

Finally got around to replace the diaphraigm on my Pond One O2 8000.

:?: What sort of idjit glues the screw so tightly to the diaphraigm I had to hack it apart to remove. :dontknow:

www kongs com au

Give them a call. Nice people. Just crappy air pumps. Just ask for a flapper for your 4000. The technical manager is clueless. He tried to tell me these pumps can't pump lower than 300mm. The O2 pumps are rated to 3 metres.

Mmmm is that instant turf or is there a time delay between the pics and it actually grew there? Just curious and these were my first thoughts so decided to ask!

Nice work so Far..

But 1 thing has made me cringe....[Just me and my nutty think'n]
Why did you fully cut the top off the tank...?
Now you have to place a net over the complete tank, rig a support for the net and shade the tank to stop the algae blooms.. and you can't even incorporate the auto insect feed station for your fish.. I'll show you what I mean once I get my tank in place..
