That's a new one I haven't heard before. Add that to Kleptocracy and Oligarchy and you start to get a nice picture of the truth :) (referring to AU and of course the US)

My daughter was asking for ideas for a high school science project. I said measure the time it takes to de-chlorinate chlorine tap water compared to chloramine tap water. She can get some of each within our area, I do believe.

I guess I'll be hunting down a chlorine test kit and some air stones...
