Thanks for the heads up Mantis :think: Werdna was here the other day and I told him delegates were coming from CHOGM and we were getting prepared and mentioned the Queen, he said to me "just quietly Faye, I don't think the Queen does her own gardening." :(
Anyway we are getting things together, sprucing up with some colour and food preparation has also begun. I decided to make little matchsticks to fill with jam and cream and dust with icing sugar, Laura and I cut them in to fish shapes, but they came out a bit more like whales :oops:
We also made mini quiches and will do some fresh sandwiches in the morning, perhaps cucumber in case Her Majesty does come and they are apparently her favourite.

Busy, busy.... Luckily tomorrow will only be half a day, I'm looking forward to that. We have 6 people on today, though now I think about it, that is actually a standard thursday for staff, just seems like more people because everyone is running around so much.
