Mr Bill: Can u tell the boss that :)

Boss Come home yesterday, Walked out the back and said What is that?

Great fun!! She shook her head and went back inside......

I Guess after the last change, When i said thats it now i'm happy with the system..... she wasnt expecting another tank to turn up :)

I run out of tank water at about 600L so a bit over 500 of town water went in..... got lots of air flowing around in there and the 2 goldfish in there are loving it. Hope to move the silvers out there pretty soon, As the bed is only 3 or so weeks old i'll throw some Hummonia through it today and make sure its cycled up over the next week.

It better Bloody rain soon..........

Drop the temp in the silvers tank inside slowly to ambient then put them in the new tank.

Just Converted the two systems to 1 big one.

-1000L IBC Tank 50mm SLO to Growbeds
-1 x 400L Bed (CF)
-1 x 350L Bed (Siphon)
-2 x 180L Beds (1 CF & 1 Siphon)
-1000L Sump
- 2 x 3000Lph Pumps (soon to be 1 x 10000lph)
- 60lpm Helliar Air Compressor
- 2 x BYAP Battery Backup Air Pumps.

Soon to add the 3 old sump barrels as beds approx 120-150L Each plus iv got another barrel handy.... if i can fit it in.

Nah, Dont really need 10000 lpm running so i'll return some

Endedup Getting a 8500lpm Pondmate Pump.

Its moves some water, So i'll move back to Timed Floood & Drain now it will quite easily move 1000L in 15 mins, Graph says 4000Lph at 1.5m head, iv got bout 1.2 head.

Looks great and plenty of aeration in that sump. Just dont let that thermometer get wet, they dont like it. Mine is in a ziplock bag till I figure something more permanent

yo, why did you use the IBC as a FT and the round tank as the sump rather than the other way round is it just a space/logistical issue?

Yeah basicly i got the IBC and added it on, Basicly i missed my old ibc FT and i cant bury the IBC.

making a stand for the round tank is another whole effort.
