I saw this at the sunday markets and thought it was fairly interesting. It basically had net puts cutting on grooved cut out of the 125/150cm storm water pipe.

I might give it a go and have 1 pot feed into the put below then the lowest one goes back to ST.

Winds blew the bird netting on to the other side of fence. Lucky i tied it down on the fence side so i just pulled it back over.

Possums got access to the GB and left shit again.

Found 2 dead gold fish this morning, one that was cut in half (probably a yabbie) and another with 1 regular eye and the other a red eye (maybe yabbie again).

I have 2 gold fish left which are still swimming but not as quick as they normally are but the silvers in the same tank have no issues and they are actually feeding :D

Maybe the goldies are starving, they havent had gold fish feed for probably 7-8 months and have been feeding on algae and maybe some pellets that i chuck in for the silvers.

Finally found some time and glued the fittings coming from the pump and changed the configuration a bit.

Now i am putting in the glass shrimp and the DW tank. I have 4 milk crates im using as stands. They are sitting on the bottom of the IBC cage (not on its "legs"). Should 4 milk crates be enough to hold say 600KG of weight?

Or should i put some hardwood down there to brace it further?

Also since i changed the config i dont need the extra aeration so i put the full 8x air stones into the trout tank. So now its getting 60L/min + water coming from ST and another air stone.

I cant see the trout now due to the scum all floating around now lol.
