Just interested to know if something to do with aquaponics has happened recently down in Bunbury, we've had a real rush of people in the last week or so from down that way.

Faye did a delivery down there on Monday with the truck, I took an order on the same day for beds/clay that will be picked up tomorrow. Someone has just come in today from Bunbury for an bed/stand/clay etc.

There's another order of system that we need to put together for a pick up early next week.

And a guy came in last week and bought his second system to take back down to Bunbury..

Bunbury seems to be a real AP hotspot at the moment over on this side of Australia.

Howdy Raffs..... :wave1:

Good to see, it really seems like there's getting to be a bit of a movement down there...

Perhaps people who have seen yours have spread the word a bit privateer.

I started selling off the overwintered Silvers over the last week or two and I recon about every second person who's picked some up has been talking of expanding their systems. I recon you still got a few more sales coming up from down here shortly too going by yesterdays customers words.

The TAFE ones are not even spawned yet where as what I have is about 9 months old. This year I kept some in a heated tank and on average there about 4 times the size of the ones in unheated tanks and still way bigger than the ones from the ponds.

Gimme Gimme :D

Gav are you going to look at getting stock from Tafe, or rely on your spawning solely?

This year I have more Brood Fish, more spawning tanks, more larvae ponds and heaps more water than last year. So, hopefully will end up with plenty of fry. I am hoping that last seasons poor results was a one off caused by the drought.

All right...hands are up. :notworthy: I am one of the guilty party. I have just set up my system and have just put in five gold fish to try and get the system started as I await my order of Silvers from Troutman (can I assume that I can pick my order up?)

Anyway here are some picks of my system in progress (aiming to add another grow bed early next year)...the first pic is my no-dig vege patch.

Coming in this Saturday to do the course. Looking forward to it. :D

You wont need the silverbeet in the ground - it loves AP.
