Hi guys so glad to join you all on here. I live in Stawell Southern Australia.
in the cooler region. I have only been researching Aquaponics for a short while
& look forward learning in knowledge & hopefully experience the joys & rewards of AP.

You all seem to be Pro's so please go easy on me & judging from all the reading
I've done in the forums, your quite a friendly bunch that really bring on the support
advice & guidance when needed! That's pretty encouraging.

My husband & I will be using:
1 14ft 8x8x 2ft Greenhouse Polypanelled, topped with a Greenshade to prevent overheating.
4 vents, double front sliding doors & a back Louvre window for good air circulation for
the Hot Summer months.

We will use 'The IBC System' 1000L Totes
cut out x2 FT & x2 GB
x2 3600LPH Sub/Pumps

I have found this is probably the cheaper & simpler way for us, a family of four to go.

Well I think I'll get back to the Forum & do some more reading until then, lovely

Hi shazandgaz! Welcome to the forum!

Yup, have to admit you cant beat an IBC set-up for cheap and easy... we just dismantled 3 x 2 tier tanks today and were discussing the fact that it was such a good idea to use them as they are so easy to do things with if you need to modify anything - especially as we hadnt glued any of our drainage which made it all the more simple to pull apart and put back together.

Sounds like a nice greenhouse BTW!
