Well its been very hot the last couple of weeks, 95-100f. The greenhouse has seen 105f highs but things seem to be doing well. The fish are definitely happy even though the water temps are moving between 84-90f.

Yes you are an inspiration! :thumbright: I doubt I will put the outer sheeting on though, I'm too cheap and it's only aesthetics.

Still not getting any veggies. Vines are growing really long with flowers. Tom plantss are 5-6 ft tall with only a few flowers. PH has finally dropped to around 8

your PH at around 8 is really locking out the nutrients........

the PH will drop over time, as my system is struggling to stay up to 6.2....

Heat could also be affecting your fruiting. I get a lot of blossom drop on my tomatoes and peppers this time of year.

Had my first rootbound drain in two of my half barrels. Had to move the toms and dig out gravel. Look like greenbean roots.

Not sure whats going on, still losing fish.
Water temp has dropped some, down to 72-76f
PH 8.2
everything else 0.
These are all the smallest fish. The rest are at least 1-3 inches longer.

Hmm...

Could it be the ph? If I'm right the recommended pH range is 6.8 to 8.0 for tilapia. I think the little higher ph is not a problem on a short therm, but you have it since startup. Wonder if that could cause some nutrinet lock which slowly kills the fish, or high ph slowly washes out stg form the paint of the sump.

Do these sound stupid?
