It amazes me he could be in business writing e articles, I know they are all crap, but his grammar is terrible.

I figure he hides behind this shady law company everytime someone bad mouths his product, I was surprised at how little negative feedback you could find on it, however I originally figured it was probably because no one was stupid enough to fall his crappy marketing.

He probably discovered the article while looking for more pictures to claim as his own.

See that's the thing, he doesn't mention BYAP anywhere and he doesn't use anyone elses pictures, he is squeaky clean and only has the one main site. It's all of his affiliates who sell his e-product that start up crappy little sites using everyones pictures, making wild claims etc.. While he stands back and says, "well that's not my fault"...

The reason there's so much (supposed) support for his e-book.... is that all the so called "reviews".... are written by his affiliate marketers....

It's all part of the "affiliate marketing" model...

And the affiliates can't be himself?

What would vlt do if he was a dodgy no good parasite? Vlt would create an ebook, maybe on hearing BYAP has a free ibc PDF out, go see what I can copy from that. Vlt would also then create alot of affiliates to sell his own shit ebook.

But then, I might be the target of a eb opinion piece. So got will use a recognized dodgy Internet lawyer and sue eb in some dictator/communist country.

That's what dodgy no good parasites like vlt would do.

There's no way he's filing in the Federal Court ! Too expensive.

I've recently had and estimate for fighting a case in the District Court (so one or two pegs down from the Federal) and it was $100K ! The next step down, in the Magistrate Court, would cost about $50K.

I hate these type of people. Tricking you into giving them your hard earned money. I once got scammed by an article I saw in the local newspaper advertising that they guarantee you a government job. You pay $50 bucks, they send you some manuals and get you a job. The manual you get is all about how great a government job is then at the end of the manual it refers you to a website with a list of jobs.

It's total crap. You can just go online and do a web search to find the government website. Worst part was I didn't qualify for any of the jobs listed... Like senior biologist which required a degree and 10 yrs of experience (didn't realize they made 150k+.. nice...). I called back to get a refund and they said they sold me the information and it was up to me to use it. Few weeks later their phone # was disconnected.

Didn't mean to sidetrack the conversation... I just hate it when these scammers get away with it because they are selling you information despite the fact that it is complete crap. I mean if it was a book, or some kind of useful manual, I'd pay money for it, but most information can be found for free anyway. Only reason for a book anymore is as a reference or cuz you like to kick back and read.

Oh good lord... I just went over the terms and conditions at his site, and they are laughable. There is no guarentee that his systems will even grow anything...

they are not liable for injuries or damages caused by operation of their product/designs, never mind that a consumer cannot sign away their right to sue upon purchase.

They only wish to have satisfied "customers," So if you might be dissatisfied do not buy their product. (21 in their terms and conditions)

Dont be worried about it, all sounds like talk to scare you as no doubt is his normal style (IMO). The way I look at life is until you piss someone off your not trying hard enough. My last job as a supervisor I wasnt happy until I saw my name on the toilet wall saying what a Caring Understanding Nice Type I was.
