Ahh iv never had an issue with it in the past... just my brothers huge dog knocking them off.... this thing is like a wolf

Image

He drinks by sticking his whole head in the water then slurping... im guessing this is what he done.

the one my pup knocked was just off the edge of my sump, Because someone left the shadehouse door open....... installed a spring on it now so it cant stay open and fenced off the bottom of my FT with a gate style opening on it so i can easily tend to the pumps and piping etc.

OMG... he is BEEYEWDIFULL!
If he is really big he could very well be an Alaskan Malamute - does he have a curled tail?
I had one years ago when I was dairy farming that I got from the pound... found out later he had terrible hip displasia which was why he was probably dumped in the first place. When I got him I found a map of Alaska and did the 'close your eyes and pick a spot on the map' thing for a name for him... he ended up being called 'ISHKA' which suited him perfectly... unfortunately had to give him away myself to someone who could look after him properly with all the expensive meds and vet bills but at least I gave them full disclosure... (Um... including that he also used to jump over the fence into the calf yard and run around with the calves bowling them over trying to play with them, then moving onto the next one... never hurt them but they got pretty stressed... the boss wasnt too impressed either!) - but would love to get another one one day as they are awesome dogs... but then again when I was a kid I always wanted a pet wolf so what can I say :dontknow:
sorry for the hijack Jamey... but your pic brought back fond memories :)

Systems looking great by the way Jamey... I like the SLO inlets too - will show them to hubby when he has time to look at them. are you using a pond pump like the one you showed earlier to swirl the tank for your SLOs or do you need something bigger to lift the solids?

Thats about no. 20 for the year, System has been in that boring Feed and Pick Stage, I lost a lot of intrest in my system for a long while while focusing on the business and working.

Its been a great little producer, the New Bed has a mixuture of New and exsisting Media in it so it should be a good little runner.

The silverbeet u can see over in the corner was picked down by the missus just before i took the shots have about 10 plants and a few chards. We get 2-3 meals per week from the silverbeet. 3 of the kids dont eat it... so more for me.

The old sumps i was going to fill with some media and make them remote style CF pots for tomato's but im thinking bout making them potato tubs, Might make 2 potato pots and a tommy tub.

Also working on a Straberry NFT tube.. Well working on it in my head, just need to find the time.

Righto No Stopping now....

IBC will be here tomorrow, System is going to turn back to chiftpist, 1000L Sump, 1000L IBC Tank.

Then i plan on Hooking up a few of the old sump Barrels as remote CF Pots that i will put along the wall and Plumb together and just run them from the sump.

Got a raised bed to use as a Potato Bed too now, 1.1 x 1.1 x .6 deep

Bring on the production this year iv got my mojo back now!!

All sounds good. The remote CF beds should help to warm the system up some

New tank is in place, just running chiftpist to the 1 grow bed at the moment. Will keep it like this for now. But can easily be setup to throw on the rest of the beds and use the other tank as the sump.

Will knock up a colorbond cover at work during the week
