I used to peel off the plastic from cheese slices and throw away the cheese. Mmmmm! Plastic. Now that was a waste of packaging... Marketing on our lazyness not to cut our own cheese slices.

Always had trouble with the concept of orange cheese (ala Makkas cheeseburgers), maybe because I grew up in a major cheese making area of NZ.... Never, ever saw orange cheese until Makkas..... never ever bloody eaten it either

What about the orange cheese the poms make? red leichester (lester)
Its been round for donkeys

Anyone can make green cheese, just add cheese and ignore it for a few months, the same way you make green eggs and ham!

You betcha... All cheese is left to mature, or to grow mould ... This variety is left exposed to flies to lay their eggs in. Gross huh!
