I kept a few guppies outside and i think they bred with no heating. I think they feed on the duck weed in the tank though i did chuck in some gold fish flakes for the gold fish in there too...

We should all go to our local waterways and scoop up them bastard gambusia and feed em to the inhabitants of our FT's. . . . now I have some room to move since Gnash collected his fish, I will be scouring the local waterways for the tasty little blighters.

I made the mistake of trying to keep cod, goldern perch, silver perch and catfish in the same tank. When it came to netting to see what I had ready for the plate, I found half a dozen cod with very fat bellies and HUGE mouths and very few of the rest. The cod were nice to eat but ended up being very expensive fish.

yeah, done that a few times - don't waste your time if you're feeding them to SPs, they don't bother with 'em.

Most other things will eat 'em though, trout, golden perch, Murray cod barra, redfin, tandanus, .......
Don't know about jades.
