Only 2 of them are finished so far, but several of them are in prototype form. There are pretty decent instructions for the 2 that are finished. I hope they make their goal of having them all ready by the end of next year.

The idea is it's open source with development ideas worked out through the forum and wiki I suppose so if you think something is lacking you can help them improve on it.

So not my field of expertise or interest. Although I could ask if they want to add a different sort of saw mill. I built a chainsaw rail mill which worked really well for what it was.

Things is there are lots of sites out there with that sort of material already, inluding a band saw mill which is generally abetter option than a circular saw mill. Australian hardwoods being the major exception.
