After many days, and much resisting of temptation, I had a beer today, well two, to be frank three, and a fourth :drunken: hopefully tomorrow will find me with many more in my tummy at the beach.

Just prepared dinner, roast pork; braised in Coka-cola, then marinated, roasted and basted in a home made Bunderburg Rum BBQ Sauce. Nearly ready to serve with roast veg, cauliflower and cheese sauce, and a good squirt of extra rum sauce and a glass of Pinot Noir. Gourmet!
