I have about 14 of these to give away...

http://www.aquaponics.net.au/forum/showthread.php?t=883

They are 2m (long), 50cm (wide) and about 20cm (deep) with the drain protruding another 10 cm below this so 30 cm deep all up.

They have been dismantalled - so are single not 3 wide like in the pictures.

The only catch - you need to take the buckets that sit in them with you too!

They are quite light so no problems on roof racks etc...

Pick-up from the Grange (Brisbane northside)
best to call me (0408 777400) as I don't get on here much.

***must go by 25 June or they are off to the tip***

Couldn't let them go to the tip, plus the little grow-out buckets (about 30).
I doubt I'll use all of them immediately, so any one in Brissie who wants a couple, come and get 'em.
I picked up 15 of them and will use 6 initially and another 4 later on, so I really have 5 left over. I really didn't want them going to the tip! so I am really just storing them for a while!!
Cheers IanK.

Well done Ian :thumbleft: Going on previous works I'm sure you will be able to make an interesting and asthetically pleasing system with them.

Good looking site controller :D

Hi All,
Here's a bit of fun for you.
Download the attached Zipped PDF file (I promise it has no viruses!!!), open it in the Acrobat Reader X (the newest version, available for free from adobe.com) and have a play around with the 3D file!
This is what I have envisaged for the Grow Bed troughs I picked up from Marc yesterday.
You should be able to freeze and thaw various bits and pieces, fly around it, zoom in and out; etc. etc.
I hope it works for you and you should get the general idea of what I intend. The piping etc should be self explanatory.
Pump in IBC, split flow to provide By-pass back to tank top, then to valved outlets for each GB and then either Constant height stand pipe or Flood and drain auto-siphon in media shroud, to discharge directly back to top of IBC fish tank.
All will be insulated and clad (Will add these elements later to 3D)

Have fun!

Cheers IanK
