See the first pump is already running the spider to the beds already set up for each system. The second pump will be driving the new additions so the question isn't so much about the water flow or turn over in the fish tank but more of if 10,000 liters is enough flow for 40+ IBC's running constant flood.

I still think one hooked up constant flood and the other hooked up with the spider like the original plan was and you will be able to compare the systems. (it is always possible to remove the innards of the spider and let it be a manifold for constant flood as long as you can adjust the flow a little to each bed to make sure it's balanced.)

Or if you find later that the constant flood isn't working at that lesser flow per bed, you can either upgrade the pump or switch to the spider (though that will be more pipe work after the fact.)

Yeah, I am going to go the constant flow, constant flood design, if there is not enough flow I will upgrade the pump.

Still cheaper than running 6 sets of pipes.

I already have the other part of the system running via spider to compare.

I've found with some of the cameras that the focus is nearly impossible to access. Some of the cameras I've tinkered with you have to take them out of the housing to adjust the focus.

Where ya at? On lunch break? I see a truck and work to be done ... but no workers.

Man, you could reach over the wall and slap a windshield with a fish tail if you wanted, eh?

Maybe later then. All I see is water moving. Luck with the install/upgrade. Got yourself a nice big area to work with. :thumbright:

Tourists no doubt Obo!
Perhaps you should've done a Dicko, handed them some gloves and told them to talk while they're working. No sense just standing around chatting, time is money. :)
