Just thought I would update some pictures.

Had a good clean out of the GB's today as I have been away off and on for the last three weeks I have neglected some house keeping. Also made up some plywood covers for the FT's.

The lettuce in the Hydro channels are romping away.

I also have a heater in the LHS FT... gotta keep those Barra nice and cosy.

Yep! Sure do. They come in waves, but mostly the grass hoppers are the worst.especially the tiny bright green ones.

Great looking lettuce mate, and I love the NFT Channels, if your ever over in Onslow, catch me up. Hopefully I would of reassembled my system by then, and you might be able to give me a few pointers, adding the NFT channels and what not.

I just thought I would update my thread with a couple of new pics.

We have since eaten the broccoli in the left GB and I have replaced it with kangkong.

The weather is warming up here and is reaching 33 deg C already in the day... another few months and it will be 40!

Good show Wal. I just finished reading the IBC PDF yesterday and yours is one of the highlights IMO.

We finally harvested our first two Barra and I must say they tasted wonderful. Bodies with guts, scales and head removed were 500g each.
