The forum keeps logging me out whenever I do a search !

Anybody else getting this, or is it just me with all the luck ??

I occassionally get logged out on my iPhone usually when clicking the browsers back button. It could be a cookie time out setting.

I haven't noticed in on a regular browser but I tend to do most of my surfing via iPhone.

What Operating System and Browser are you using (and patch levels)?

If it is just you then it is likely due to your browser or operating system.

Is your Anti-Virus up to date? Have you performed a full scan? Do you have any Trojan Hunting software?

Yeah this sort of thing has popped up a few times with a few members, just ask Brian Fanner, he suffered a bit recently from a very similar problem.

At a guess I think it may be something to do with settings within your router and some update or changes made at your local exchange by your service provider. Thats my guess anyway as I had something similar happen to me once years ago...

Brian found that multiple computers using the same router still had problems, but at a different location with connection through a different modem he had no problems..

Maybe you have some kind of infection

The BYAP forum logs me out every time I close the browser at work (running windows 7 professional) even when I click keep me logged in. All other forums are fine (like BYF) this is the only one that does it. I think it is router/server based as it started happening a few weeks back after an ugrade of some sort. Really weird though that no other forums do it, expecially the BYF forum as I would have though it was exactly the same as this one.

Well there's your problem.....

Try deleting the BYAP Cookie (or all cookies. Warning: if you delete all cookies you will need to re-enter information for other sites).

If that doesn't work try clearing the cache.

If that doesn't work try repairing IE.

If that doesn't work trying upgrading Mozilla.
