The one you linked isnt big enough.

Minimum I would consider this one
http://www.tankmaster.com.au/det_aquacu ... ID=AT3000E

Only option around here is Polymaster/Duraplas, bit they are either 2500L or 2.7m diameter.

For some reason, all the good aquaculture places are in WA or QLD.

Might just dig a hole and concrete it.

Yes, very nice.

Now, just to get back on track.

IBC's in Melbourne range from $75 to $180. Check it out on ebay.

Trick is also to search for "1000 ltr", "water container" etc etc

Never search for IBC or aquaponic.

Don't forget gumtree. I got my last two IBCs from gumtree. Pretty clean and cage is still pretty good apart from the few obvious bends.

"These tanks are only to be used for irrigation purposes"......makes you wonder what was in them as they had no labels

Is there a problem with Brass in the FT's?

I have some brass fittings holing down my air hoses. Do I need to remove them ASAP?

Brass is a composite of copper and zinc...

Both are pretty bad for fishies

Done! Have put 6 of the eight lines into a PVC elbow and the other 2 are just floating mid way down. The six stones together make the water look as if it's boiling!

Bugga, Just found 6 IBCs in Lincoln itself. Hmmm its good knowing people in the right place as many as I want $100 each.

But they have had light industrial oil in them would they still be useful. Would need to use degreaser and plenty of hot water Iam guessing.
