Grow out raceways... 80kg per raceway...

No shortage of water here... massive pump draws and flows over a series of weirs/baffles into the production raceways... provides initial oxygenation...

As soon as people raid their piggy banks... instead of mine....

After the trip... the fuel tank, and my bank balance... reflect my emotional and physical state.... empty and exhausted.... :mrgreen:

And no... I wont be waiting around all week to bag up lots of 20/30 fish for pickups.... don't even ask... :mrgreen:

Plan to do a round trip of Greater Sydney and drop to people on Saturday/Sunday... as long as I have a vehicle to do so... will know tomorrow...

In the mean time... the fish are happily swimming around resting... and having a feed for the first time in a few days... they'll be starved for a day before transporting.... :wink:

What size were they? Mine were a tad smaller than the ones I got last year. Did you ask for a certain size or just take whatever he was giving?

Yep, smaller than I would have liked and smaller than last year... but this is also about three weeks earlier than last year...

Took was was made available from his production run... which he did by good grace on the basis that Huon couldn't supply... and this was the only stock of Rainbows that I could source... even the "Brooks" are out...

Indeed... just finalising transport... but that's definitely the intention... hopefully Saturday, if not then definitely Sunday... depends which way I work things, and availability of transport...
