Only going to be 100mm pipe in this system but will get some bigger pipe for the greenhouse tank. Dunno if my air pump for this system will be enough to move the k1 around

New Jades arrived today with 1 DOA and another looking like he will not make it. Mixed water from the aquarium with the bag water while sitting the bag in the tank to warm it up. It was cold in the bag and this might be why the dead fish. :dontknow:
Anyhoo they are in the aquarium and goldfish are removed to the pond

i have 100mm pipe with gravel gaurd thingo's ontop, and bio balls on the way. cut up poly/ irrigation pipe would also work a treat i rekon :)

got 5000lph going thru 3 ABFs each about 600mm long. still waiting on bioballs to finish it off
i reckon discs are a neat idea . . . :thumbleft:

Just did an ammonia test on this and its 3 or 4 so 30% water change and added the 30L pressure filter to it that has been running on the greenhouse AP for a couple of months. Hope the ammonia comes down now.

Finally got an ABF running and all it needed was a bigger air pump. Hope we come home after the weekend to find fish still alive and ammonia down. Sheeez, two canister filters and and ABF should be able to handle a truck load of ammonia
