Every time we come to Melbourne there is another ten things to do. Here is a sample of the good time we are having. View from our accomodation in the Dandenongs, Alfred Nichols garden and William Rickets Sanctuary. Of course the start was the AP get together but photos are on my other camera, so these are just the beginning.

Heronswood garden, home of the Diggers Club. Another wonderful garden on the Mornington Peninsula.

We headed for the Great Ocean road as we had been advised and visited the 12 Apostles, the weather was wet and cold and nearly dark when we arrived so we headed for a warm bar and feasted with more food and wine before going to the backpackers hostel in time to watch Better Homes and Gardens yay! (Note to self, next time remember to take own wine glasses, had to drink merlot from a glass coffee cup Grr :upset:

Winding down at the airport hotel Jamey, flying out at 6.30am. alarm set for 4.30. Apparently I am no longer in charge of bookings and reservations, due to the early starts.
There are things we haven't seen yet and now we have more on the to do list including Oscars Ale House, Flippin Pancakes, Karawara the garden, Otway forrest and waterfalls, may have to come back next year. :dontknow: It has been great, nice to catch up with people at the get together and very surprised to see Jaymie and Axl the sneaks from Townsville
