That is what I thought... better than salmon though I can tell ya!
I think the weight of the whole fish was about 2.2kg but no photo of the scales so it didn't happen :laughing3:
However, Deb & I are about to have lunch with the leftovers :headbang:
How pink is it? :thumbleft:
Just baked on the lowest setting the oven would give me for about 1hr basted(?) with salt, honey, lime, pepper and 4 spriggs of rosmary sitting on top

I waited a bit too long to harvest the cauliflower and the heads are getting a bit loose. My scale only goes up to 5lbs (a bit over 2kg), so I can't get an accurate weight without cutting it and dw refuses to countenance such an action. I'm not quite sure about the reasoning, but that's ok.

I also decided to clear out a bit of space by removing one of my four celery plants. My rough estimate is 20kg, but that is completely without use of measurements. On the other hand, I've ripped about 4 normal-celery-plant-sized pieces from it whenever we need some, so it would have been larger....

Most of my onion went to seed. The ones that didn't though are getting huge, especially this one.

I recently had a turnip that got about the same size in less than a month. Planted several along with it but only that one turnip went nuts. Wish I took a picture... :upset:

Apparently even the slugs grow bigger in AP. (found under a rock by the pond)
