a question for someone who knows nutrition. most bean sprouts are very high in protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. I know that these values go down a bit when they are cooked but how about if they are dried/dehydrated. My assumption is that the values will increase since a large % of water is the only thing missing. any thoughts???

Thanks
MM

yes any seed that is sprouted gains an enormous amount of nutrition. However there are some seeds that are toxic when sprouted so be cautious. I truly believe that if you had a variety of sprouts for food the fish would do just fine. only thing lacking is a fat source which can be added quite easily.
