Hey, met a mate of yours at uni the other day - Dion, says G'day !

The kang kong will do alright for you, but it's pretty late in the season and mine died out over last winter. I did get a few feeds off of it though - very nice.

Good to see your memory kick in :laughing3:

Yeah, trout, being oilier, will pick up more smoke flavour than the barra.

hmmm . . .dont remember that part

water temps have dropped, looking more and more like trout temps  . .cant wait.

went to the chilli festival yesterday, tried loads of stuff, including the two hottest sauces there :angryfire: bloody nice stuff but this morning was an adventure :bootyshake:

bought some white halepenos, and have a ghost chilli plant on order 8) gonna have a chilli eating contest with my mates when that baby fruits

home opens start this week, so had to make the AP all pretty and smell nice etc etc . . . tried telling them that you can make what is essentially a science experiment (which is how i treat this system) look 'pretty' and 'visually appealing', but i did my best.
still need to finish of the biofilter. the new airpump runs hotter than the old on, so i will have to make another, more aerated box for it . . . eventually
