Hi yall, :wave1:
As I am growing more veges I am often looking through cook books and the internet to find different recipies to use my plants.
I thought a thread on recipies would be good for people to share their recipies that they have used AP plants.
My plant selection is quite limited at the moment as my system is not that old .
Using my Roma tomatoes and Basil, I made this pizza.

Method,
Pre-made pizza base from cold section of supermarket(not frozen).
Cut a piece of Garlic and rub over pizza base.
Srinkle base with grated Parmesean Cheese.
Place sliced (small)Roma Tomatoes on.
Sprinkle with chopped up Basil.
Drizzle over a bit of Olive Oil.
Put in about 220 deg. oven till looking nice and yummy.
Enjoy. :D
Sorry dont have pic but will post when I cook it next.

Skipd, that reminds me of the bacon and egg pie that my mum used to cook, it was yummy! Fortunately not that hungry at present after partaking of a bowl of Joel's special blend homemade muesli.
