Hydronic Heating has been around since jesus was a kid some of the older homes on mt Macedon built around 20 s to 30s has Hydronic Heating in the floor i have seen ones operated with a very old cast iron boiler any big systems you do now with a concrete floor it would be wise to put a few coils of 1 in in it

Agreed F&F.... I meant more the newer hydronic air fed heat pumps.. as opposed to fuel/oil boiler systems...

I'm sure they'd work.... just not sure how well in a greenhouse compared say to an insulated enclosed house...

There was an old nurseryman near castlemaine who had 2 large igloos and they were just heated with 2 domestic gas hot water service,s and 1 in black pipe buried 1 in in the sand on the floor with one of those low watt circulating pumps
Hi always had the first tomato seedlings in the area
If i was a bit younger there's lots of things i would do different
Big cellar under the house and maybe a tank
Pipes under the slab for heating cooling
 Bigger better ap system :thumbright:
