Great looking start BW. Just remember that you cant add any kind of fungicides/bacterial remedies to the bait tank if youre going to be growing food with it! The water will be cleaner so hopefully that keeps the nasties at bay but a lot of the bait guys I help out stock heavy and have to salt or medicate.

i never have used any fungicydes, am always careful because of risk to my bios. i have used potassium and duramyacin tho but i doubt they would pose any risk.? if we take in a batch of rangy looking fish i usually have them isolated anyway untill i see what i got. i salt them quite heavy for a couple of days and if they seem ok, i pull the stopper and put the tank back on line with the rest of the water. i can isolate any tank and drain/refill without any trouble or risk to the entire system. when i get some pix of the fish shed i will post them, i will be leaving that one for the new one i'm building here at the house. i had a 6" 400' deep well dug here at the farm last spring, i have water at a flow of over 25 gal per min. comes up at 59 deg. f. lucky the fish love the water...all water is not fish friendly ya know.
