What do you guys do with fish when they have died from O2 deficiency or a raft other issues. Do you still eat them if they are plate size?

Depends on how long they were dead and the water temperature.

I treat them essentially the same as TC. I never eat a fish that has floated. I figure its decomposed enough that the gases have expanded causing floatation. If they are dead and on the bottom, no problem for the most part. I don't especially like them if rigor mortis sets in, that too is dependent on temperature.

Feed them to the soldier fly larva and turn them in to a protein treat as per exhibit

 Wow! That was amazing. They searched the box as they ran out of food and the solid looked more like a liquid.

yes but they don't provide a balanced diet so you still need proper fish feed

We have a very fast recycling system for dead fish. Feed them to the pigs which eat everything within minutes and produce excellent manure within 12 hours. Manure gets dug into the soil which will enrich it and we have produced excellent broad beans etc.on the manure patch.

Must confess I liked watching the fly lava doing the business on those fish.
