Found this one today, I,ve never heard of them before but the place looks good.
not sure on the price though, not much land for $1,950,000 and not much infastructure either.

Can't see it selling in a hurry, Actually it would surprise me @$39,000 per acre or $84,782 per ha.
At the end of the day your paying for land, and then the improvements not the other way around?
