First system has been planted with some seedling stock and sown with seed...

Both systems have been stocked with 100 x 80mm Silver Perch fingerlings...

Dropped in to feed the fish today.... the curtains had been left down for a couple of days...

And the transplanted seedligs had'nt coped too well.... but most of the sown seed has germinated....

Beans are actually about 100mm tall already...

Discovered the perch flashing... so had to salt both tanks to 3ppt....

Sorry... forgot to take the camera....

Not much been happening since Xmas... sadly due to a payment dispute... and unfinished works with regard to painting/lining and plumbing of water tanks...

Put the fan in over the Xmas/New Year break, as part of my commitment to finalise the job...

Growth in the left hand system... mostly from seedlings... has been generally OK... some of the seed generated stock has been burnt off due to the heat... covers down, fan not installed at the time...

From the far left end... to the near left end...

Far right end... to near right end... everything from seed... spwn progessively over the last week or so (other then the tomatos which were all seeded at the same time)

Funny thing about this installation... is that both systems were stocked at the same time... with Silver Perch from the same supplier, and same batch...

Although only 10 metres apart... the fish in the right side system... rise toward the top in a ball when they feed...
