Time for an update!

We ate one of the Jades last month, and it was fantastic!
Filleted and in cooked in light beer batter.

This one did not last long.

Unfortunately we will have to wait some time before the next feed.

Then a couple of days later we discovered all the fish had some strange disease/fungus. Thanks to RupertofOz for his assistance. We have salted the water and will keep an eye on the fish. Also went out and bought another tarp to try and keep the rain out. Bit difficult up here in the tropics at the moment

But on the up side... we've had more cucumbers than we could handle out of the system, more than any we have had out of our dirt garden. We have also had a good amount of herbs.

And the best news of all... I have scored an IBC and some more blue barrells and will be looking to expand some time in the near future.
