Well I have taken advantage of the good weather and got to the point where I can call the system complete. I wont say completed or finished as things like this never ever are but its been running smoothly after a couple of days of being turned on so I am happy.

Added some Corn, Zucchini, Lebanese Cucumbers, Tomato, Chilli, Silverbeet, Rhubarb and ten little comets to help it all along.

Some Pics!

Thanks for everyone's help along the way and I look forward to your continued support!

Looks awesome Scotty.
Great use of 2 IBCs.
I love that you only have 1 pump and the 2 FT.
Are you planning more GB or just run enough fish to suit the GB you have?
Good work :thumbright:

Thanks for the kind words..

Im going to go with a low stock to start with just to get a feel for it then hopefully add another grow bed or 2 down the line.

I think it will eventually evolve into something slightly more aesthetically pleasing down the track.. But this should be a great way to get an understanding for it all.

You could... or just leave it out.... probably wont make any difference.... unless it's absolutely fresh stuff...

Straight out of the tank there and driven home so its pretty fresh.. In anycase its in the grow beds so hopefully it will be beneficial.

Also on the agenda for today was some shade. I wanted something easy to remove as I dont think it will be required in the cooler months.

some pvc, shade cloth, tent pole and many cable ties later I ended up with
