She will be 2 in feburary so can not breed her till then she is a pure breed

My Bullarab had his tail docked at 1 yo due to medical reasons, didn't know a certificate was required???? :dontknow: Them again people probably assume it was not for cosmetic reasons as it is not usual for the breed.
