EB - were they 'prompted' to do the ethical thing? Or did they learn of this thread that alleges the 'infraction', then contact you and advise that they will destroy the brochure?

I said "Yeah sure... Do the right thing."

He said they are gone..

So yes a bit of prompting required...

Yeah, it does make me want to kill the browser when I see it... Except that I expect if I do it will pop up a little window saying "wait, we have an ideal opportunity for you, don;t leave yet"

and the thing about copyright is that if some one copies you at least you know that you did good as people want to copy you it is a form of flattery......hehehe
