This might be a stupid question, but what exactly is sustainable aquaculture? Well as opposed to normal aquaculture studies how does the sustainable one differ?

It's easier to market the course ? Have looked through the course outline and nothing else obvious fell out !

It's real benefit to me is it's pretty much the only one outside of Tassie that I can do part-time and mainly off-campus (except for the research component).

relative to the content of the course, yeah, I tend to agree.

However, where I want it to take me certainly has some validity;

- alternative food sources (as I've discussed with you a few times)

- greater availability of Aussie native species as grow-out stock for consumption and/or restocking (preserve native species by giving them value in the market place).

If I had to select only one thing to grow in my GBs, it'd be tomatoes, no contest every time. Love 'em...

And there's more....

Including my first Pepino, or, as we call 'em over here, apparently, a Cameron Apple.

Thanks Faye - they're the simplest structure I could come up with that will withstand the bloody howling easterlies we get on summer nights ! Working well so far.

Looking good CD, nice frames, I will have to get motivated and take some snaps :think: AP been neglected a bit this year, hard farming season has taken all my time away, cobbler situation a bit sad still, no rain of any worth for a couple of months now, keep you tuned
Merry Xmas etc
