Thanks Ivansng... I am just doing one small feed a day, boy they were right when they said that trout get excited when they feed, :D I have just done another test and it has not changed since this morning, it has been a warm day here today got up to close on 30C here and the water temp did not get over 14C, the insulation around the tank and black plastic over that is helping I think. The only thing that is different is the PH has dropped to 7.6 on the low scale where I have always had to use the high scale. So considering everything I have done that was bad I figure it is not too bad  I had been fishless cycling for almost 3 mths all the same and had one growbed going really well and another one starting to take off, the 3rd is in no hurry to perform though

Just an update on things here in the bush, fish are very happy and very tolerant of me staring at them from the sidelines, feeding is a throw and run affair otherwise you get pretty wet from them jumping for the food, the water just boils with them, I suppose they are growing its a bit hard to tell. Still going pretty easy with the feed. As there is so many and they are so big in a new system I figure better not push my luck. I have a couple more IBC's and would like to have another fish tank starting so I can remove the biggest ones and give the smaller ones a better chance at growing.
