I can concur with the bream eating anything they can get their mouths on, including each other.

The swim bladder ones just keep on going for some reason - they dont die :flower:

A few pics of the somewhat more impressive growth. First two pics are 1-2 weeks ago, the last two are from today.

For the last month I have been adding 20mls of fish emulsion and seasol each morning which I have just stopped doing. Expecting the system won't need any supplement now.

I've been testing the water every day or so and for about 5 weeks the ammonia has hovered around 0.25 to 0.5, ph at a steady 8.0 just dropped to 7.8 yesterday, out of the tap is 8.3. Nitrites and Nitrates both consistantly at 0.

I remember when we installed this system and Lee told me he bought a houise just so that he could have an aquaponics system.
