Yeah well , the neighbour over the back fence was doing stuff in his garden, so I thought I would look and sound like a prize wan@er if he saw me wandering around with a video camera and talking about the garden. :D

Thats not really spare garden bed but my asparagus patch, which is really performing this year. I suspect that putting the fish solids from the trout system onto them every day has boosted them along :D

Crushed up some 6mm pellets and put them in the tank and just opened the lid enough to peek in. The sun was in the right position to see real good, and the silvers were hitting the food hard.
They havent been much interested till now but the water is warmer they are much happier

looking good mate,

my Broc's just keep growing but not seeming to fruit...., will have to see how they go, system os becomming more PH Stable now days, i think once i get these silvers in and get a bit more of a load on the system things will get going real good.


very nice looking produce mate :) will be over in 3 weeks to check it out :) cant wait

Hi Jamie
Yeah the snow peas are going crazy and got lettuce to burn. I am surprised how well the plants are growing with the PH steady at 7.6. Hoping also that the extra fish will get things happening and get the ph down a bit.
Some plants are doing nothing, like cukes, peppers and tomatoes, but this may be because of low water temps.
You still planning to come over on the Saturday??
