Had a great day sunday, some friends and some family came up for a trout fest. We started of with a little tour of the Ap system then we went up to a local winery at Gingin, Jylland Winery for a wine tasting, and then back home for a late trout lunch... and a few more wines :drunken: we smoked them, BBQ them and wraped some in foil with spices

sorry the pics are a little crappy
