Not good Mate, this is the first deacent year of rain weve had in about 11 years i think.

out main water catchment Lake eppalock was down to 2%, then they put a superpipe in last year that got it up to 8% now sitting at around 70% after the rain this year....

maybe your rain is in the mail?? :support:

Does 8mm this month even count? Need about another 300mm to get to yearly average of ~720mm.

Rain.........?????????

Gunna be a bad summer coming up here in Perth, I'm guessing there will be a lot of brown lawns as we get into tighter restrictions.

Predictions for Nov-Jan for western WA & the Kimberlies.... all point to a 60-70% chance of an above average rainfall.... with a 75% chance of exceeding average rainfall by at least 25 - 50 mm...

By the way... first tropical cyclone of the season is tracking toward Cocos Islands... expected cat 3... impacting Nov 2....

Could be a very active cyclone season ... on both sides of the island....

We've had 470mm this year, average yearly rainfall is 850. Roll on 400mm in the next 8 weeks...... That would be nice... :headbang:

My average is 1050mm and so far this year I've only had 519mm. Looks like being the first time ever that neither the dam or my rainwater tanks wont fill.

What is this thing called rain everyone is talking about?

Funny thing though, out on the farm at Merredin, we got a heap of hay this year. Got very little rain, it just spaced itself perfectly. You can forget any grain crop though.
