I reckon just keep feeding them until they've almost had enough, and do it 2-3 times a day. I always use floating pellets so you can see what they are doing, and if you put in too much you should always remove the excess.

no different really to any other species, if they ain't hitting the feed enthusiastically, then stop feeding.

can you overfeed?

like i understand excess food can Create High Ammo Levels, But what ever food isnt eaten in my system is gone in 20 mins out the SLO.

i use a non floating pellett and im feeding 24g a time to 9 Fish, twice a day.... they demolish the food in 5-8 Seconds, i have experimented with feeding the same amount 3 times a day and they Demolish it the third time as well, just dont want to kill them, but i wana grow them out fast :) could you feed 2-3%? over 3-4 feeds? if ammo levels dont Raise and Nitrites dont spike??

Fish are between 100-250mm but came out of a lightly fed Aquaculture Setup so they are pretty skinny compared to some iv seen on here

You're not going to kill them by over feeding, you are over feeding so that you can kill them.
Keep throwing it in before the weather (and water) starts to heat up.

I would say to practise caution with increasing the feed levels. Although ammonia levels may not increase, but you still need to monitor the solids removal aspect of the system. If your system is not removing solids efficiently or tend to clog up from heavy crap (due to heavy feed), then you may end up with water quality issues.

No problems at all with solids removal, Whirlpool + SLO

tank is spotless, iv got an endcap at the end of my tank outlet pipe, that i can put a bucket under and flush the pipes every couple of days, gets rid of all the crap that i just dump into a GB.

Ammo is 0 Ites are Very Light so i might try a 3rd feed daily and see how they go.

Try about 40grams - then add to that once you have a feel for how much they are eating...

I think it's best not to push them too far, I've been seeing some pretty obese fish on the forum at times..

I have some 4mm barra pellets, they are too large for my trout fingerlings, does anyone know if there is an easy way to use these.
