Here it is the growth continues, about 1/2 bag of hydro short but all works a treat, lowered the height of the tower 6 inches and increased all feeder pipes from 19mm poly to 25mm pvc then reduced back at the taps, had flow issues and head height problems when adding the extra bed, only have a 3300lph dw pump at 35w, but all is working sweet now with room for more when plants grow and bio film builds up. And it's raining again. needed the top up on my rw tanks used up a little playing around with this, and wasted a little, just need to add another over flow on my sump to cope with the increase draining when both beds dump at the same time.

I have recently noticed mozzie larvae wriggling around in my marron tank, I have Duckweed growing in there so I am trying to avoid surface water movement, Is there any fish that can go in there that wont eat the duckweed or marron or get eaten by the marron that can control the mozzies?

How will the goldfish go with my duckweed, will it devour it or will it eat a little or not touch it at all.
