Hi Dui
Here is my system in Chonburi.
The first system has been conbine with the second, I use it as conponent of the second.

the second system i use > 100 liter 2 black plastic thanks raise small fish ( I don't know how to call in English, but in thai we call Pla Hang Nok yoong ปลาหางนกยูง)

I am making a new 4500 liter fish thank system using concrete block.
After think for weeks I think concrete is the cheapest choice in thailand.
concrete block for the structure then cover with plastic sheet to pervent water leak.

Hey Ao and welcome to the forum.
I came to the same conclusion about concrete being the cheapest solution in TL too, at least for the tanks.
I tried liners, but they were thin and pierced easily (even the "high" quality ones), maybe you can get better ones in Chonburi than I could get in Surin, that is why I tiled both my tanks.
Please look for another solution for grow beds, mine ended up being a shuttle launch site, and cost nearly as much !
Very much looking forward to seeing your progress, if you have any questions about Thai names for certain AP related things, pm me, or better put it in this (or your) thread so others can learn from it in the future.
Good luck with your system, one thing i noticed is all your blocks are in line on top of each other, if they are not reinforce with steel on each course of blocks, you may have strength issues.

Cheers for now.

Dui

Concerning the GB. Why lift it up?
Why Don't lay it on the ground?
Bring it up make it more expensive.

My 4500 liter system I use soil digging from FT to bring GB(flood & Drain) up from soil level(Prevent flood problem, once a couple years)
Then I will use plastic sheet to prevent water leak on the GB.

Then I plan to upgrade this system by build floating raft grow bed lay on the ground using water from flood and drain GB.
I will use Flood & drain GB as an filter thank to reduce filter system needed in floating raft grow bed.

The GB's were raised to make it easier to take care of them, also I made them so they had small tanks underneath to raise shrimps (กุ้งก้ามกราม) - but that didn't work out ;)
