Yep, big places over here in Aus... My place is about 7 500 000 square centimetres

Very new to this forum. I live in Windcrest (San Antonio) Texas. Currently gathering parts for backyard system. I have 100 gallon Rubbermaid tank, 4 rubbermaid containers for grow beds, several submersible water pumps, a couple of air pumps, and lots of 1 1/2" pvc. Thorn and Daddykirbs, thanks for the reply. Sounds like we are definitely close enough to share a cold one. I'll buy the first round to look at what you all are doing, while I'm still in the planning and gathering stages. Just tell me where and when to deliver the refreshments.

Buckey's is a good stopping point when heading to Victoria...clean bathrooms and Jerky is not to bad. The New Brauffles smokehouse has the best Jerky IMO - second only to my own...

Hi all you fellow Texans. I am just getting started in aquaponics. I live about 2 miles East of Elgin which is 25 miles East of Austin. I have had a small test system running for several months. Has anybody seen the "Industrial Farm" (or some such name) outfit on the northern outskirts of Hempstead?
I can't remember whether it was on Hwy 6 or 290. And I didn't stop to see if the AP-looking growbeds were indeed tied into a fish tank, or just irrigated. Can't find anything on it on the Web.

Lotsa solar panels along the east side of the highway, is what you see first...
