Hey Gnash, gave up on the beer making to come back to AP?

Sorry I didn't get back to you about your old system. We have kept the tank and pump but got rid of the blue barrels and are using bathtubs and will be using the piping shortly. Mike has put some of it up but won't get it finished till our cars are back on the road. Plants are booming along - still haven't managed to get a feed of fish yet. Plan to grow trout next winter so I can be guaranteed a feed. Goldfish keep getting bigger but the silver perch are still slow growing - hopefully by the end of this summer we might get a feed.

I'm really interested in the conical one as it has a drain point already and I scored the square black thingos for a project I have down South at a mates farm...I'll use them for filters in a IBC because it's going to take awhile to add growbeds for him.

I suggested using those bio-blocks in Mcfarms IBC setup....

I use them in my trout filters... indeed nearly 75% of my trout system is filtered by them...
