its a plastic ball with a tiny panel (3cm x 3cm) and a little led inside. It has a loop on the top so you can tether it (keep it out in the sun). The ball is only about 15cm diameter. The B shop has them, so does W grocers

Could be full of water beacause "someone" tryed to grab it the other day and actually pushed it underwater. :oops:
